Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide integrated care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and progress notes.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in psychotherapy and mental health care.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Psychotherapist.
• Proven experience in providing psychotherapy services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering client-centered and evidence-based care.
